Security Technician/Installation/Service-

Detection Security Co., Inc is seeking a confident, mature, self-motivated individual with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our expanding team of technicians. We install and service a variety of security and fire systems, CCTV, and access control systems.

Your role as a technician would involve installing, programming, inspecting, and servicing these systems as well as customer service and satisfaction. Attention to detail and communication is critical. Experience in construction/electrical industry helpful but not required. Each technician will be supplied a company take-home vehicle once they are fully trained so you will need a valid driver's license, good driving history, and be able to lift approximately 50 lbs. on your own. Employment is subject upon passing a criminal background check through the state of IL and a toxicology screen.

We offer competitive industry standard wages based on experience. Hours are primarily M-F 7:30am-4:30pm. Security Consultant/System Designer-

Detection Security Co., Inc is seeking a multi-talented, mature, self-motivated individual to join our team as a residential security consultant and wireless security system programmer/support.   This role requires someone who enjoys meeting new people, has a drive for sales, and is technology/electronics proficient. 

This person will be responsible for consulting with clients to determine their needs and creating custom security solutions to meet those needs. Other responsibilities include packaging and programming residential security kits as well as providing phone support for this product. The ideal candidate is good at decision-making, able to communicate professionally and concisely, and can collaborate with other professionals of all levels. For this position, we offer a base hourly wage plus a commission bonus. We offer competitive pay and benefits.

Administrative Assistant-

 Detection Security Co., Inc is seeking a multi-talented, mature, self-motivated individual to join our team as an administrative assistant.   Responsibilities of the administrative assistant include account management, filing, data entry, document creation, client liaison, support for management, etc.  This role requires someone who is good at decision-making, is able to communicate professionally and concisely, can collaborate with other professionals of all levels, can organize and prioritize for yourself and others, and has excellent writing, spelling, and grammar skills.
